At JKL Support Services, we work closely with all of our clients to create an experience that is tailored to their individual needs and interests. We understand that building strong relationships is key to providing the best possible service, and we look forward to developing a great relationship with all of our clients.
Joshua Londero
JKL Director
Founder of JKL Support Services. In December 2019, Josh gave up working for a large service provider after getting frustrated with the lack of opportunity to provide meaningful, individualised supports to people in our community. Since then, Josh has grown the business into a small company with a handful of hand-picked employees who provide a range of services to people of all ages with a variety of abilities and needs.
Kristy Londero
JKL Director
Wife of Josh. Completed a traineeship in disability services in 2021. Kristy now works part-time, providing support to participants with complex mental health issues, physical disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Kristy is also the official handler of Henry, our certified therapy dog.
Lilly Londero
Carer
Lilly completed a traineeship in disability services in 2021. Since then, she has gained experience in providing support to individuals of all ages with a variety of care needs. Lilly enjoys working with young people and helping them to experience things that many of us take for granted.
Henry
Therapy Dog Henry
Henry began working with JKL Support Services as a pup soon after he became a member of our family. Henry has proved to be one of our most valuable employees. When a client —an avid dog lover—went into palliative care at home, he found great comfort in Henry’s presence as our pup slept on his bed during his final moments. Henry has assisted children with heightened behaviours to return to a calm disposition at school or home, provided support to people in care facilities and in the community. Henry has completed the initial training with Therapy Dogs NSW and will continue to be trained while working with our participants.
